  • Modular, user-friendly and versatile, the Eurofold 435 allows you to upgrade your folding capability as and when you require, while also taking advantage of the latest in automated operation, meaning jobs are set up and finished quickly and easily. The system has four fold plates as standard, making it possible to handle a wider range of complex folding patterns.
  • The Eurofold 435STA + 435KA is a folding machine that can grow and evolve as your own business does, due to its modular construction. Standard manual folding plates and basic equipment is all upgradeable, including automatic folding plates when needed.
  • Move between jobs quickly and easily with the Eurofold 435STA + 435KA computer-aided folding. This provides automatic fold plate adjustment and a simple, modern electronic control unit, making size changes to a new job possible in seconds.
  • There are many options for the highly flexible Eurofold 435STA + 435KA. It can be customised to your needs, with choices of feeder, including friction, suction and deep pile versions, a crossfold device, and height-adjustable stands. Adjustments can be made at the touch of a button.
  • In designing the folding machine programme, the idea of modularity is being further advanced. All models can be supplied with standard, manual folding plates and with simple basic equipment.
  • If the requirements of the user change, the machines can be upgraded and adapted to the new situation at any time. Folding machines can be extended with automatic folding plates whenever needed.

What’s the difference between folding and paper creasing?

Folding is a process of folding paper sheets to produce brochures, notebooks, and other paper editions from thin paper. The fold line is called folding.

The difference from the creasing.
Folding differs from creasing that do not use pressure with a blunt knife on the media, but simply folded cartons. Furthermore, folding is not intended for bending of paper with a high density of 170 gr./m² and upwards (there paper is described as cardboard) for this purpose using a process called – creasing.  Ad hoc basis is possible, however, to crease cardboard high density
