Lay-flat binding offers you tremendous opportunities for attracting new customers. It is increasingly used for premium photo books, high-end product presentations, catalogues and brochures.

Photofast is a fully automatic book block maker which produces Lay-flat book blocks from single sheets. It can make photo books not only by gluing Photo-Photo, but can make Photo-Cardboard-Photo too.
It automatically feeds the single sheets and cardboards into the machine, presses and assembles them one by one with hot melt glue.
After that, you will have the beautiful image presentation in panoramic spread and premium quality! -
There are two independent delivery belts. A pre-folded image is submitted from first feeder, and on the other one is "supplied" from second feeder (if desired) for mixing the required hardness of the finished block (photo-album). It is possible to collect without a cardboard - Picture -to-Picture! The first illustration is submitted without applying glue, then the second one or cardboard pad is already coated with a hot-melt adhesive.
The glued pages are collected in the automatic compression machine with vertical positioning of finished products. -
At each entry of each subsequent coated sheet, the machine's automatic presser presses it against the remaining pages. This ensures the individual gluing of each page and substrate to the book. When job it runs, the already finished book body separates from the next created body with the non-smeared first page of the next book. That PhotFast can do automatically until the set quantity of books is fully executed.

All work processes are controlled, through the control screen, by changing the job, the individual parameters and / or settings become unnecessary with any tools. Refitting is done in seconds from the screen, making machine learning easy and fast, so each member of the work team can operate it with the necessary knowledge and skill.
