  • Automatic double side roll laminator with high pile suction feeder and pneumatic pressure. PLASTI 350 PNEU - professional automatic laminator for versatile and continuous work, designed for digital printing, but which can work with OPP laminating films for offset as well. The original anti-curling system for laminated media allows the use of thin laminates, thus maximizing the value of the film roll.
  • The control panel is simple and easy to follow, ideal for a machine that may be used by several operators with basic instruction. A set temperature is chosen, the rollers engaged and operating temperature quickly reached. A speed control monitors the flow of film both forward and reverse, and there is an anti-jam mechanism. PLASTI 350 PNEU has a clear and convenient color control screen, through which virtually all processes can be adjusted to produce quality laminated media. Through it, the machine helps each operator to offer media laminated with professional quality. It is not a problem to operate the machine by an operator with basic knowledge of lamination. The settings are clear and intuitive to avoid unintentional mistakes at work.
  • Its twin heated rollers operate on thermal film fed from above and below with the option of fitting both gloss and matt finishes at the same time when double siding. This way you don't need to change rolls for one job, just place the print in the machine facing whichever surface is preferred.
  • Thanks to the pneumatic pressure integrated in this model, 3000mt Standard Off-set OPP rolls can be used on this machine in order to reduce laminatig costs to the lowest while granting perfect laminating result (lamination speed and result may vary accordingly to different materials used). 75mm diameter laminating rolls will grant perfect lamination result even at maximum speed.
  • Independently regulated heated shafts through microprocessor-controlled infrared heating, giving better heat distribution among the shafts. This way of controlling the heat of the laminating rollers preserves the print quality on the reverse side of the sheet in case only one side of the sheet is laminated.
  • Nobody wants to put up with the time delay of outsourcing these days. To stay ahead of the competition it has to be supplied on demand and the MAMO Plasti 350 PNEU is a perfect solution for it. The standard built-in "de-curling" system additionally ensures that the output laminated media stays flat and does not roll. This quality is especially valuable if you decide to use the machine to offer gold printing (optional) on laminated and non-laminated media.

– Dense coatings cause difficulties in subsequent fitting and gluing of book block.
– To make it easier for a person who will read a book, the paper should not be too white (the strong whiteness tired of the eyes).
