  • Semi automatic single side roll laminator and mechanical pressure. PLASTI 350 EVO- professional laminator for versatile and continuous work, designed for digital printing, but which can work with OPP laminating films for offset as well. The original anti-curling system for laminated media allows the use of thin laminates, thus maximizing the value of the film roll.
  • The machine is controlled via MSC® Interface, which implies ease of use and reliability provided by European quality components of this 100% Italian-made machine. PLASTI 350 EVO, allows you to pre-calculate through MSC® the possible consumption of laminating film, as well as the possible profit for each individual order. This includes a calculation for the samples submitted, the marriage or the sheet that is left after the end of the work and from which you start laminating in the morning.

  • Adjustable constant mechanical pressure. The combination of 75mm teflon coated steel lamination roller, powerful mechanical pressure and contact-less temperature sensor reading the actual laminating temperature on top of roller’s surface grants incredible bonding even at maximum speed of 10mt/min. Teflon coating of laminating roller will make regular cleaning operations quick and easy.
  • No need to make the choice, PLASTI 350 EVO grows with your buiness and can be upgaded to a high pile fully automatic feeding machine when your work flow and volumes will demand for it. Nevertheless, from time to time hand feeding may still be the better option. When very short runs or irregular and complicate paper makes no sense spending time on automatic feeder adjustment, just detach the feeder from the laminator and feed the sheets by hand quickly.

  • 3000 metres upper and lower reel holders: (as shown on the main picture) ideal to reduce the laminating costs using standard Off-set OPP film thanks the stronger pressure provided by the pneumatic system (adhesion may vary accordinly to the film and to the printed material).

Pay attention to the processes following printing:
– Dense coatings cause difficulties in subsequent fitting and gluing of book block.
– To make it easier for a person who will read a book, the paper should not be too white (the strong whiteness tired of the eyes).
